The Sabin Center for Climate Change Law at Columbia Law School in New York (my alma mater) does groundbreaking work relating to climate change law. They recently added to their many initiatives, a Climate Reregulation Tracker, which seeks to track the progress of the Biden administration in reversing deregulation actions taken by the Trump administration.
The Sabin Center previously released its Deregulation Tracker, which identified steps taken by the Trump administration and Congress to scale back or wholly eliminate federal climate mitigation and adaptation measures.
This new Reregulation Tracker, optimistically colored green, signals what we hope is the start of a new era—one in which new priorities are identified, and active steps are taken across all sectors to convert climate ambition into commitment.
