Corinne has more than 15 years of experience representing clients in complex, high-stakes patent and commercial disputes.  She also has extensive experience advising on patent strategy, conducting patent validity and infringement analyses, and conducting patent due diligence and patent audits.  Corinne has advised on a broad range of technologies including artificial intelligence (AI) and biotechnology, and has a particular focus on climate change innovation, including carbon capture, biofuels, and renewable energy technologies.

 

Corinne has a B.Sc. (Hons) in Human Genetics (UCL), and a LL.M. from Columbia Law School. She is an English Barrister and a NY attorney.

MATTHEW E. DRAPER

Matthew Draper FCIArb has more than 18 years of experience representing clients in a variety of international commercial and energy related arbitrations and litigations. He has advised clients in the oil and gas, solar, wind, carbon sequestration, construction, transportation, telecommunications, and financial services sectors. Matthew sits regularly as an arbitrator in international and domestic disputes, which increasingly involve climate change issues and technologies. He is Chair of the ICC/USCIB Arbitration Committee's Sole Practitioner Subcommittee. Matthew is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Vice Chair of its New York Branch. He is also a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
